Easy Returns & Replacement Policy

1. 10-Day Worry-Free Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or if the seat/part doesn't fit, you can return it within 10 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp or call our support line to schedule a pick-up.
2. Replacement of Defective Items
If you receive an item with transport damage or manufacturing flaws, we will issue a direct replacement immediately at no extra cost to you. Please share photos or videos of the defect via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is inspected at our factory warehouse, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original bank account or via UPI. For Partial-COD orders, the booking advance will be refunded online, and for the remaining balance we will request your bank details or UPI ID for transfer.
4. Warranty Coverage
All TracTechSpares products carry a standard 1-Year Structural Warranty covering metal frame welds, suspension mechanisms, and exhaust structural integrity. Foam cores and fabric covers are covered for 6 months against premature sag or stitching wear under regular usage conditions.
